Welcome to Oiikon, a website and e-commerce platform ("Platform") operated by Oiikon LLC ("Oiikon", "we", "us", or "the Company").

We make every effort to display product information (descriptions, prices, availability) as accurately as possible. However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions or other site content are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display or mobile device will accurately render colors.

3. Account Registration and User Responsibilities

4. Permitted Use and Prohibited Conduct

Your use of our website is for legitimate purposes only. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and make personal use of this site. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of this site or its contents.

You are strictly prohibited from:

Using the site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

Violating any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

Transmitting any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.

5. Shipping Destinations and Export Compliance

Oiikon sells and ships products exclusively within the United States (the 48 contiguous states and the District of Columbia). We do not ship internationally or export products outside the United States.

By placing an order, you represent and warrant that the shipping address is located within the United States and that you will not export or re-export any product purchased from Oiikon in violation of any applicable United States laws or regulations, including the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and the regulations administered by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) of the U.S. Department of the Treasury.

6. Prices, Payments, and Chargeback Policy

6.1 Prices

All prices displayed are in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Prices do not include import taxes or customs duties in the destination country, which are the sole responsibility of the recipient, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

6.2 Payments

We accept various secure payment methods (Credit/Debit Cards, Zelle, Bank Transfers, etc.). By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the selected payment method.

6.3 Chargeback Policy

Oiikon has a zero-tolerance policy for fraud and unjustified chargebacks. If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or card issuer for a valid and delivered (or in-transit according to terms) transaction:

Your Oiikon account will be immediately suspended or terminated.

We reserve the right to dispute the chargeback by presenting evidence of the transaction, delivery, and these accepted terms.

We may initiate legal action to recover funds, plus associated administrative and legal costs.

We may report the incident to fraud prevention databases.

7. Shipping, Deliveries, and Returns

Our specific Shipping and Returns policies are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7.1 Shipping to United States

For domestic orders within the United States, standard shipping times apply. The risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

7.2 DOA Warranty

We offer a Dead on Arrival (DOA) warranty period of 72 hours from the time of delivery. You must inspect the product immediately upon receipt and report any defects or damages within this timeframe to be eligible for a replacement or refund.

7.3 Cancellations and Returns

Returns are subject to our Returns Policy. Generally, returns may be requested within the period stated in our Returns Policy, except in cases of error on our part or verified defective product reported within the warranty period.

8. Intellectual Property

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations, is the exclusive property of Oiikon or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. The compilation of all content on this site is the exclusive property of Oiikon. You may not reproduce, distribute, display, or create derivative works of any content without express written permission from Oiikon.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Oiikon and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers, or licensors shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation, lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product.

Any legal dispute or proceeding arising out of or related to this Site or these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the competent federal or state courts located in West Palm Beach, Florida.
